How LoanBridge Works

From application to opportunity.

LoanBridge provides the infrastructure between consumer finance enquiries and participating credit providers. Our platform captures applications, evaluates matching criteria, controls distribution and records lead delivery.

01

Application

A consumer submits a finance application through an approved LoanBridge source. Relevant application, source and consent information is recorded.

02

Qualification

LoanBridge checks the application information required for matching and evaluates applicable qualification rules.

03

Matching

The application is compared against the criteria configured by participating credit providers. Providers that don't match the applicable criteria are excluded from that routing path.

04

Distribution

Suitable opportunities are distributed according to the configured lead type. Shared opportunities go to a controlled number of eligible providers; Exclusive opportunities go to one eligible provider through the exclusive routing process.

05

Secure Delivery

The selected provider is notified of the opportunity. Detailed borrower information can be accessed securely through the provider's LoanBridge portal.

06

Credit Provider Assessment

The credit provider contacts the applicant and conducts its normal credit, affordability and compliance processes.

07

Billing

The applicable lead charge is recorded against the provider account and can subsequently be included in a LoanBridge invoice.

Matching isn't loan approval

LoanBridge helps identify potential matches between consumers and participating credit providers.

A match through LoanBridge does not constitute loan approval, pre-approval or an offer of credit. All credit assessments, affordability assessments, lending decisions, terms and final approvals remain the responsibility of the relevant credit provider.
